Waiting for Interview appointment

Hello everyone, I got Documentarily qualified by NVC on 2nd November, 2023 and now currently waiting for my interview appointment from the US embassy in Fiji.. My timeline is as follows: 28/10/2022- Filed I-130 20/09/ 2023- I-130 got approved by USCIS 23/09/ 2023 - Received welcome email/ letter by NVC 24/10/ 2023- Submitted all the required fees, form and civil documents 02/ 11/ 2023- Documentarily qualified by NVC it’s nearly 3 weeks now and have been actively waiting for the interview appointment from the US Embassy Fiji. I hope I get to hear something very soon.. Will keep you guys updated.. I hope everyone else’s process goes smoothly.. All the best!

what does second time actively reviewing means? I-130 ❤️

I-130 approved but I485 not yet

I got the I-130 approved on the 16th of November but that same day reflects as I-485 actively being reviewed. any idea how much longer to get approved?

hi guys, my husband applied the online citizenship link. he uploaded an image of his greencard and the marriage certificate. they are requesting for additional documents… could you guys let me know what else we need to upload?

RFE notice not recieved, but now the response date is past due.

RFE notice not recieved, but now the response date is past due. My i-130 case is under review right now but on feb-1-2023, i got a notification that uscsis sent a rfe notice which I didn't receive in mail. I didn't have the online account at that time. But now i have the online account and see the rfe notice there is it is past the response date to send the supporting documents. What does this mean for my case? And can i still send the documents even if the date in the notice is past.

Estoy muy agradecida con Dios. Aunque este proceso me ha causado ansiedad, le suplique a Dios que el 20/11/2023 me dieran mi aprobación. era conciente que era a su tiempo pero le pedi que los adelantara y que no permitiera que pasara de noviembre y asi fue . Ore mucho por esto y lo seguire haciendo . si estas empezando este proceso, pon tu relacion y el proceso en manos de Dios . victoria en el nombre de jesus .
