my i130 progress tab went from longer than expected and now to 7 months then down to 2 months and now 5 weeks. this is the second time it’s done this cycle. before when it got down to one week it
went to longer than expected again. anyone have any luck with these timelines?

my husband withdraws his i130 and my i485 is denied
Good morning family.any advice..my husband withdraws his i130 after immigration office fellow him while he was going to work to withdraw his application..he told me they intimidate him to do so.my questions is he is welling to file for me again but l don’t want him to do so..can l file for vawa or still file again because l have only 33days to appeal the denial

Posting this for those it might help to track their cases. I remember someone who filed on August 21 and got approved on November 27 or so. The same TSC. I knew mine would happen soon. Good luck to everyone on this journey. Yours will be next.
