I-131 Denial
USCI S denied my I-131 stating I have a final order of deportation. But that final order was TERMINATED in July 2023 by the BIA and a copy was submitted with the I-131 application in August 2023. Strange enough, the I-765 filed with the I-131 was APPROVED but the I-131 was DENIED. Could anyone tell me if they had a similar experience? What do I do? I can't just make sense of it. #
