RFE for Birth Certificate India
I’ve finally got my 2nd RFE, requesting for a birth certificate. Is USCIS not accepting a signed affidavit used at the time of filing. Anyone faced this situation before? Also, my wife and child status has moved from RFE to case pending they haven’t received their notices in mail or through the e request we raised ?
I will be getting my birth certificate in a couple of days. Anyone with similar experience please share

i think you have to submit NABC along with 2 affidavits. only affidavits wont work.

@R Btz : I have applied for the birth certificate and if I submit that document will it be sufficient ?

yes if you have the birth certificate, then that should work perfectly.

for me Since i did not have birth certificate, my lawyer asked to submit NABC and two affidavits.
