my 485 eb1c received date July 2023, 2016 sept PD, case did not go to CRP during august to sept, starts with MSC, waiting for approval .

what does your status say, mine is case was updated to show finger prints were taken

same here. my i485 was applied in July 2023 (biometrics august 2023) and still in fingerprints applied stage and at NBC. EB1-A august 2018 PD. it never went to CRP.

lets hope for the best. i hope and pray dates dont retrogress.

@R Btz has your case been always at NBC? as far as I know, mine has been at NBC. got EAD approved in September. my husband didn’t even get EAD. no status change since biometrics.uscis chat told me that the case can be approved at nbc if the officer thinks interview is not needed. it really depends.

yes my case has always been at NBC since i filed in july 23.

@ P K-I have not received AP yet. AP status ‘case was updated to show finger prints were taken ‘ . received only EAD. Hoping for an update soon.

My Case filed August 2022 in EB1A . PD is 2016. Still waiting. I guess things are slow now because of the holidays. Things might have piled up.

I have a feeling few eb1 folks with PD 2014,2015 might be also waiting approval.
