You can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"

yeah I filed mine on February and no updates yet, people who filed in April already got approved. I don’t know why
