Mandamus lawyer information needed!
I’m tired of waiting and thinking about mandamus lawsuit. Do you know any good mandamus lawyer?
I just had a free telephone consultation with Goldstein immigration lawyers, but I want to compare and decide.

Jim Hacking Law is the best affordable comparado to different attorneys. Last year I consulted Jim Hacking and he was charging around $5000.00 to $6000.00 O consulted different attorneys like Saman in Florida, she charges around $8000.00 to $10000.00 and also Jacob Sapochnik in California and also $8000.00 to 10,000.00. I'm not sure if Jim Hacking still charges that amount but he has different offices around USA

consult with Waleed Naser in Chicago. He helped me out with a Mandamus lawsuit and was very effective.

@Lisa Modhwadia Thank you for your info! Hopefully Jim Hacking lawyer fee is still the same as last year. If it’s $8,000, I can’t afford 😥
Did you actually file mandamus?

@Giovanny M. Thank you for your info! How long did it take until you got the decision after filing mandamus?
Lisa ModhwadiaJan 9, 2024
@Tina C I did not sue yet, yesterday I sent a letter to the Humanitarian Division in Vermont Service Center after multiple inquiries due to case out of processing time. Contacted Congressman, Ombudsman, senator and nothing. My father is dying alone and I did expedite request but I can't prove anything because my father lives alone and he is not able to send me his medical records proving that he is extremely sick. Also why USCIS is delaying my case if they have tones of bonafides marriage evidence, my medical exams and my I-130 approved in 3/2022?

@Mimi J I don’t want to wait for 32 months. If I already had EAD, I would wait, but I’m still waiting for EAD too. I can’t work and can’t go back to my country to see my parents either. I want to end this waiting period asap.
Tina CJan 10, 2024
@Lisa Modhwadia Oh no I’m sorry about your father. I don’t understand why your case is still pending although your medical and I-130 were already approved. That’s weird. Hopefully Humanitarian division will review your case and approve asap 🙏

Sending blessing to you. Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
