it really pisses me off to see a lot of people from January 2023 being approved and i didn’t yet! I mean I’m from Jan 3rd 2023 and I didn’t got an approval yet! like what is going on?! people from Jan 15 and even from February being approved!! WTF! did them forgotten about me!
does anyone know what can I do ? send an email ? any number to call ?
Adjustment of status in court
1. I am currently working on an EAD based on marriage.
2. Marriage –based Petition was approved
3. Backstory: I was on a B1/B2 and filed for asylum which was rejected
4. Based on that, I received a notice in court for removal proceedings
5. Shortly after, I got married. Refer to (2)
6. Due to existing removal proceeding, I still had to visit the court to either terminate the removal proceedings, which I didn’t do or adjust status (I-485) which I tried to adjust in court.
7. The case was adjourned due to my file not being sent by USCIS to the court and thus the judge needed to get all bona-fide docs
8. The issue now is I dont have joint docs with my husband since aug 2022, I don’t know if the court would ask for them.
9. My lawyer is advising to take the matter out of court by filing a prosecutorial discretionary motion with DHS.
10. At this point, I have the following concerns and questions
What is my current status? (I know I have immigrant intentions)
Can I change my status back to a non-immigrant status? (say F1 if I get an admission !-120)
If yes, can I separate my partner (If I want to) and what would happen to the legal removal proceedings.
? Is it advisable to continue in court or terminate proceedings being that my next hearing date is dec 4th
And now my wife and I get to be extremely thankful this year
After a relatively easygoing interview, we have approvals. So thankful!

I need help
The reason I'm writing here is because I don't feel very good when I wake up every morning in my country. because my community is not safe and I live in Carrefour. where gangsters control the streets. but sometimes we can't eat and we can't move. but I feel like I'm not living. and my family tried to take me away before it was late. and I feel like the Biden agenda doesn't know if I was there. and that my family had submitted the application I-134A in February 19 but I have no response yet. please I need answer quickly and my life depend this answer.

I submitted a service request yesterday. i also requested case assistance from the senator and awaiting his response. I’ll also file a Freedom of Information act in two weeks to get information on the hold up. When I login it says estimated time for case decision is **TWO WEEKS** I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt and being hopeful. we’ll see.

I just noticed my timeline does not show my biometrics. It only shows submission date, is this normal? other people's timeline here shows when they had their biometrics appointment.

Question guys: Once I-130 is approved and RFE for Medical Examination is sent, Am I still having an interview or it’s going to be waived? if not having an interview, how long til they approve I-485?
