Hello All, yesterday I received a denial letter for my 485. according to the letter, I was denied because I was “still” in removal proceedings, however, I had a court case before submitting the 485 in which my removal proceedings were dismissed as I had gotten married. Does anyone know what I should do? How long could this delay my case? any input would be greatly appreciated!

Looking forward to moving to the next step. My PD is March.30.2023, far behind than current PD. I wish I could get a visa in my hand soon. It wasn’t easy for me to come all the way to this step cuz my case was once rejected and I am in the phase of retrograde. I just got approved 🥹!!! and my interview was yesterday. I can't believe it.. after so long I finally made it!! I hope you all will get it soon with no obstacles!
