IR1/CR1 - Case Was Sent To The Department Of State
Case Approved 20 Nov and today 23 Nov I got this message "Case Was Sent To The Department Of State" on the APP and in the USCIS Online Account.
So now I should be expecting the NVC Letter soon maybe this week or next week based on what was shared on this community correct?

my lawyer is full of shit , I paid all his legal fees fully I have approved i130 since last year and court continues to postpone my hearing till 2024 September from 2020 my lawyer refused to take me out of court by filling a joint motion I have to compelled him to do so July this year since then I didn’t hear anything from government attorney to joint motion for 5 months now nothing and my lawyer refused to call to jst find out what is going on . Whatelse can I do . I paid a lot of money to my lawyer but he is not doing his job .
