hi everyone ❤️ I want to know after paying the NVC fee it says the payment is processing. but I cannot fill the forms or upload the documents. can I know if it’s normal?

yes that is normal
you will need to wait for your payment to be processed by them and the status change from processing to PAID and you can then proceed to fill up the form

in addition to the above comment, usually the wait is around 3-5 business days.
