Transfer Underlying Basis / Interfiling
I would like to transfer my eb2/niw I-140 form approval to eb1-a so that I do not wait for the Adjustment status for Eb2. I applied concurrently for Eb1a (i-140,i-485) My i-140 for is pending on Eb1a.
For EB1, my priority date is current.
How I am gonna apply for this transfer?

you don’t transfer EB2 to EB1. you just retain your EB2 priority date in EB1. Both are separate applications. Think of PD as your position in a queue.

@A K i am already current for eb1 not for eb2; what is the point to transfer the case from eb2 i-140 form approval to eb1 then?

that’s what I am saying. you don’t transfer I140 from one category to another.
