i130 timeline
hey guys, my wife filed the i130 and our case number was sent back in August, what is the current timeline for the i130, our case is currently at Potomac service centre, we are just really hoping I will be there for good for Christmas in 2024, I wish you all a merry christmas from Australia and stay strong to those who aren’t seeing their partner for Christmas this year. 🇦🇺🇺🇸 #i130 #timeline

I got my 10 year green card and my husband has been mistreating me, disrespectful all the narssistic behaviors that I have endured God knows I have had enough, he has threatened to end marriage many times even before I got my green card ,telling me to go back to my country that he does not like me, always controlling, manipulative God knows I have had enough my mental health is not ok am only in surviving mode because I don't have finances enough to rent a good apartment and start all over , also I don't want his friends and familyto think like I married him for green card, which is not the case I came here because I love him but he's been so abusive emotionally and mentally that am at my breaking point, I want to leave but I dont have money he has mentioned of divorce etc he always do that to scare me now I am making my mind to leave but I want him to give me money for a start in this expensive country. I don't need his house or money help. am living afraid one time I thought of calling police because he was getting out of control, I can't believe as old as he is behaving like a child
Request for Suggestions on possible cspa ageout for my son.
I am a green card holder. I have filed i130 just 5 months before his 21 st birthday day. it took 16 months for Uscis to approve i130. currently my son is 22 years and 6 months old.
my concern is the F2a visa availability seems backlog. I feel like my son will be age out when the date will be current in visa bulletin.
is there any way to expedite the case in NVC? what should I do next any suggestions?

Hi there my dad (American citizen ) did the I-130 form for me 1.5 years ago and I am still waiting for an answer so I can continue with the other steps I am unmarried over 21.
My case was sent to California center but my case is processed by a system because my case start with IOE.
What should I do should I call them to see what is happening ?
