was your approval notice sent from National Benefits Center or Atlanta office?

I searched on google congreseman Georgia, then I was asked my zip code. after finding my representative, I called his office and they asked me to file a form. after that they emailed me saying they contacted uscis. a week later I received rfe and 130 approval. after a month of sending my medicals and asking them again to contact uscis, I got 485 approved

the approval came from NBC, but our congressman said that they sent inquiry to NBC and they were told to send to ATL field office
