respresentative will not do anything just wasting your time , you need to write a cover letter and copy of your certificate to send to your local service center . second option congressman really helpful .

mail a copy of your naturalization certificate alongside a cover letter to your service center. Then, call USCIS and inform them of the upgrade.

@aks chitr write to congressman of your state which is the fastest really helpful .Go—- Govtrack.us and fill the address to find your representative (sanetor) and fill the privacy notice along with your situation within days you will get solution.can I ask where(which state ) do you live ??

@aks chitr You need to make sure that you sent your file to the service center indicated on your receipt notice. Use the phone number indicated there too. Mine took 10 days. Wishing you all the best.

@aks chitr How did you end up getting a response? I’m in the same situation of upgrading I-130, raised two service requests, mailed the service centre but still no response. Our case is also at Texas Service Centre
