thanks for the response before they denied your application please tell me all the proof that you summit with your application, if they ask for Rfe why would they still deny you

@kim John , I'm so sorry to bother you, my vawa was denied as well cus of same reason, I have gotten more evidence now and my lawyer is filing an appeal for me, please how long did it take to open the case ?

Hi @Dez 21 sorry to hear. it took about 10 months after the appeal was sent in. they then reopened my case and mt vawa was approved February 10, 2024
