Change in date RFE was received
What does it mean when the date that the RFE response was received changes? We sent my husband RFE response back in August of 2023. It has shown this whole time the same date of August. Today when I logged into his account on USCIS account it says that the RFE response was received today 01/24/2024. Does this mean they have begun working on his case again?

mine changed as well and a week later work permit was approved.

@The Burrell-Robinson’s 🇯🇲🏳️🌈 yes this is what happened also in our case except my husband was approved within 24 hours of the date changing for his EAD.

@amid Jacob The last update we received was 24 hours after the date changed. My husband was approved for his EAD card. No status change since and we have not received notice that card is being produced.

@Danielle I had the same thing but I didn't know if my wife approved or not.. I only able to see rfe response received date changed
