Submitted I-130 now K3?
Hello all,
We have submitted the I-130 and received the case number, not via email yet but I was able to view it in the pdf when I went back to check and it said receipt number. Our case went to California service center and I’d like to know at what point can I file the K3 in hopes to get approved a bit quicker? Also where do I find the K3 form? I know I have to print it out and mail it to the service center correct? and it is free of cost?
Lastly, how long does California service center usually take?

Hello guys, Please assist me with this.
I did my biometrics in June 2023. Then out of the blue in November 2023 my AOS case was updated to show no one appeared for in-person processing.
But, USCIS didn’t send any interview notice to my address. The last update on my case was about the biometrics only.
What do I do? This is stressing💔

My AOS has not been accepted and I-94 is expiring soon .
EB1A - I140 approved . priority Date 11/06/2023. AOS already sent 12/20/2023. haven’t received I-797C yet. I-94 due to 01/01/2024 (B2).
should I leave US as my I-94 is going to expire or can stay ?????#AOS #I-94
generally if I leave the US during AOS my case is considered abandoned.
what to do if I'm not sure USCIS accepted my AOS petition before expiration of I-94.
