my notice came 1 month late. Biometric was supposed to be done on 12/19/23. Received notice this past Friday. Went to the application center this morning and had it done today 01/22/24. No questions asked. Immediately my cases 1-485 and 1-765 reflected that biometrics was done. just take a chance and try your luck.

my bio was for Jan 2nd went but got there office was closed, went the following morning explained to them and the security said I had to call uscis and reschedule, I did that on the 2nd of January and I haven’t gotten any update or new appointment, I just want to get it done so my process and be started

it took 3 weeks to me after I rescheduled, then they give an appointment that was 2 weeks after that, so I total I wait 5 weeks

@Sol Boschiazzo I’m hoping to hear from them next week it will be a month / 30days since I rescheduled. I called and they say the request is still waiting to be accepted:( I just need a new appointment so I can get my work permit atleast 😫😫😫😫
