@It will work out Parker it’s not based on evidence. it’s luck. I have 2 kids with my American husband and I’m on month 9 now.

@It will work out Parker I mean if you have no evidence that’s going to take longer because you’re going to get RFEs, but I submitted 2 birth certificates, 20 itineraries of travels over 8 years, pictures with my family and his, joint everything going back years. I’m Canadian. it’s cut and dry. my 130 is still sitting at “your case was received and a receipt was sent” after over 8 months. the 5 130s submitted after me were approved months ago. it is absolutely luck of the draw if they pick up your case quickly or not. some people have complicated cases or from countries that don’t have quick background checks etc, and that will take longer, but there are zero guarantees with USCIS.
