l need a lawyer who will charge me less..l need to file for vawa because my husband withdraws his application and l don’t no what he told the office..l asked him he said he is not ready to talk..now my i1486 is denied.l talk to one lawyer he is charging 12,oooo ..can someone one help to get cheaper one pls🙏🙏🙏

Hello All,
yesterday I received a denial letter for my 485. according to the letter, I was denied because I was “still” in removal proceedings, however, I had a court case before submitting the 485 in which my removal proceedings were dismissed as I had gotten married. Does anyone know what I should do? How long could this delay my case? any input would be greatly appreciated!

My PD is March.30.2023, far behind than current PD.
I wish I could get a visa in my hand soon. It wasn’t easy for me to come all the way to this step cuz my case was once rejected and I am in the phase of retrograde. Sincerely I am hoping to move forward to the next stage and my life as well.
