Does Premium Processing of i-140 help the overall EB1C/EB13 timeline?
Hi,
Does Premium Processing of i-140 help the overall EB1C(EB13) timeline?
In other words, as i-485 needs i-140 to be approved, having i-140 done in a few weeks vs 1+ year, will help the overall timeline even if i-485 doesn't have premium processing option.

My employer presented already i-140 in August/2023 and i-485/i-131/i-765 in November/2023
I was wrongly informed by the law firm that i-140 didn't have premium processing in August (while in fact, a note from January of 2023 from USCIS made it available also for EB13)
