Today I'm using my last resource before sue them
Hello lawfully friends. My I-485 case is being pending for almost 2 years. It's been an unnecessary delay because USCIS has tones of Bonafide Marriage evidence, they have my medical exams, my I-130 was approved on 3/2022, what else they need to schedule appointment for interview or approve my case. Reached out Ombudsman, Congressman, Senator, multiple inquiries. Today I sent a letter to Humanitarian Division in Vermont. Let's see what happens.

Does anyone have update for Interview Letter? I am waiting for my interview date to be scheduled , about to complete 2 months My Dq was in 2nd week of november
can anybody help me to understand when will i receive it and when will be my interview held after getting Interview Letter?

i upgraded to IR-2 in November and send inquiry they said it's taking longer time because they had to do more reviews im sending another one in two days but i hope that it will get approved soon

All, my PD is 8/13/2020. I have sen a request but they responded nothing outstanding this time. ‘USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time.’ Mine is CRP. any recommendations from you guys? Thanks
