@G G We didn’t actually get an RFE. We randomly got a cancellation of the request for evidence but never actually got anything requested. We were approved a day after! Good luck to you!!

@ FAITH & HOPE We submitted I-693 with initial filing plus the other forms. We also submitted a TON of bona fide evidence with our initial filing. Documents proving leases (copy of both leases, renter insurance, wedding invitation from my brother addressed to us both, etc.), joint health insurances, individual bank account with matching addresses and each other as the beneficiary, joint bank account (we also highlighted how the money in our joint account was being used since it’s really just for bills), Zelle transactions from literally first Zelle to right before we submitted, tons of photos with friends and family, social media photos/interactions, credit card authorized user, anything we shared with both names (Sam’s Club, Amazon Prime, etc.), correspondence (phone logs, text message or DM excerpts, etc.), detailed documentation of trips (pictures, receipts of everything we did, flight and trip itineraries). I submitted even more than just that but that’s a start.

@J S congratulations once again I have all the documents you mentioned but didn’t submit at initial filling and also when I got my RFE it was just for medicals. now I have been trying to send this document to them physically as an unsolicited evidence but I don’t know it it’s allowed because my case is 306days today and I still haven’t received my work Authorization.

@ FAITH & HOPE Do you have the option for unsolicited evidence online? If so, I would upload it under the I-130 unsolicited evidence. We uploaded unsolicited evidence for a couple things, and it was pretty easy. I’d just combine everything into one PDF (or split it up into a few PDFs for organizational purposes) and upload them. Otherwise, I’d work on getting everything gathered and wait for the RFE for your bona fide evidence.

I don’t have the option @J S that’s my challenge because I have full confidence that if I can send those evidence across I will get my benefits. I like how you explain everything for me in details. your a wonderful In-law because am from same country with your husband.
