doesn’t nvc letter come in mail box or in my email ? can anyone know

it usually comes in your physical mail box. but you can see the nvc doc on your Uscis account under documents.

I got mine by email… They sent it to me(petitioner) and to my wife( the beneficiary) emails accounts…
