Even I am waiting for the h1b approval and my case was done on regular process, my rd is Aug 1st

if you don’t do premium processing, it’ll be at least 6-8 months. mine didn’t get approved until almost 8 months later

I submitted on Jan 2023, didn’t get approved until sep 2023

they’ll approve yours at the end of the 8th month. They want to encourage premium processing. That’s why for those who don’t pay PP, they make them wait. But once it has passed the 8 month mark, they’ll give you the decision, because for Vermont Center, the line is 8 month and if you don’t hear back after 8 months, you can file a service request to expedite and they don’t want to deal with that
