I am about to lose it. My father needs medical attetion at a 3rd country (not my country of origin). I requested expedite when filing and thru Emma. Uscis said at least 1 month to respond to Expedite request but time is ticking and he needs me. should I reach out to congressman, any tips on speeding up this process other than what I've done so far?

our child case IR2 is aapproved from USCIS on January 2024 we got welcome letter from nvc on 15 January 2024. So we are now preparing documents to submit at nvc. We have not Documents qualified yet . Can we use 2022 ,2021 tax documents at nvc before 15 April 2024 which deadline for tax submit of 2023. as husbnad has not filed 2023 tax yet we don't want to delay case so can w use these two years documents 20 21 and 2022?

I’m having to file for reconsideration or an appeal. Not sure which. I was denied for failure to provide requested information “my proof of presence”. In my defense the request never said anything about my proof, just my father. I was waiting for National records to send his DD-214 which arrived 2 months after the denial. I’m disabled and have been on SSI since 2015, and in country since 1981. I’ve never had a passport. Due to changes, the state refuses to issue me an identification card, I have not had a valid ID since 2018, which makes getting anything done almost impossible.
Adjustment of Status requirements
Hi everyone,
My VAWA case just got approved. My lawyer and I are working to see if the Department of Homeland security can terminate my immigration case hearing. Anybody knows the lists of requirements needed for Adjustment of status or I 485? In addition, how long usually adjustment of status takes?
Anybody here who have had an experience that they filed I485 separate due to a removal proceedings?
