hi my eb1a priority date is current from jan 24 and until few months back my case status was case was updated to show fingerprints were applied/taken. few minutes back my case status changed to case remains pending. what should i do in this case? my fad is dec 17.

The wait is frustrating!
So, you wait for your company to shortlist you. you then wait for your attorney to prepare the package. You then wait for several sub-milestones to get completed. And, you reach the final step and find out that your field office has a 2 year wait. Every timeline is processing normally because the ETA is frigging long.
This wait is absolutely frustrating and depressing.

I have done my interview and a visa wasn’t available to me at the time and got an RFE for a W2, responded the RFE 100 days ago and no updates, PD is current now.
Is it time to sue them?

My children documents was filed 4months ago I got acceptance letter that the files are at Texas service center. I called USCIS today to check on the documents they told me their files are at Vermont service center smh should I be worried because I read some back experience on here and also reading the reviews online.
