hi @lama l I did send my documents last month but no update yet? Do you have any idea how long does it take to be approved ?

@pooja fnu i have no idea, they told me because my i130is approved then no need to upgrade tour case, but i am not sure the officer is going to check everytime if the spouse now got hos citizen and even if they reviewed it before when he was GC holder then for sure they are not going to recheck it again now! so getting confused on what to do! did u have the same case? i130 is approved before ur spouse got citizen!?

@pooja fnu what documents have you provided and did you send them to NBC?

we send cover letter that explains we need to update case because of Citizen for spouse, I 130 approved document and also naturalization certificate as a proof .
