hey guys, my wife filed our i130 back in August 2023 and sent a physical copy to the USCIS. She made an account shortly after recieiving the case number but still hasn’t gotten some account number that she needs to add the case into the USCIS, if the online account needed if they have the original physical i130 forms etc?

my petitioners access code for the 130 didn’t come until 6 months after we filed

@Jacob N I will suggest you call them very early on Monday, I had the same issue, same month/year. And the Emma online agent were not helpful until I called 3 weeks ago. which made my case almost 7 months before I could Acess my online account. Top of that I had a biometric schedule on my account that same Aug that I didn’t know, no mail or email. In a nutshell please Call, so you don’t miss out vital informations

we added that form that gets them to email her when there are updates etc so I guess we can try get this access code and go from there

@Jacob N when we filed I got the access code immediately (I am the beneficiary). We applied through Emma for an access code for my husband, it took MONTHS to get to us. Contact Emma as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.
