how is your PD only a month before filing your I-485? PERM should have taken at least 8 months. Something doesn’t add up.

Seems outside normal times. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Dirk Gently the PERM was filled in October of 2021 then it was approved in April of 2022 and immediately sent in all my forms late April, my recipient date is May 17 2022. PD is April 27th 2022.

@Long wait mine have even stayed longer since 2020. I am a nurse, they kept renewing my EAD

@Long wait I have worked and paid Taxes, with work load at hospital 1:7 ratio, I make enough for the country and I have contributed solely. I feel frustrated at this point, I feel like a slave going to dt job.

@ivy ivy yeah I’m sure that even more frustrating. Is your PD current? I have always been able to not pay much mind to it but I am currently doing a masters program that ends in August and I’m not sure if I should try to maintain my F1 status after that or just use my EAD that’s probably the biggest thing stressing me out right now.
