@ FAITH & HOPE Yes, the interview was waived. I did submit proof of income responding for an rfe and 2 weeks ago USCIS asked me to mail my medical exam to local USCIS office!

@K A so that’s was your only RFE no other RFE request? because that’s same with mine but I have other evidence but couldn’t submit because I don’t have option for documents upload on my online account.

@ FAITH & HOPE Did USCIS ask you for more evidence? if so you can mail the evidence with the rfe they sent you to the location USCIS provided on the rfe. If they didn't ask you for more evidence then you don't need to send more evidence. 😊

@K A no I wasn’t asked for more evidence but I have no approval for any of my case including my work Authorization it’s 321days today. have you ever called USCIS requesting for expedite on any of your case ?

@ FAITH & HOPE Yes, I did. I submitted a request to expedite my EAD and reached out to the congresswoman to submit a congressional inquiry!

@FAITH & HOPE You can submit the request online by finding out who the congressperson is for your area. Go to their website and click on "Help with Federal Office." Fill out all required fields and type what you need help with. Submit any evidence, such as receipts, RFEs, biometric appointments, etc.

@ FAITH & HOPE Yes, Submit evidence/documents that support what you need help with as you stated for the urgent approval. I would also submit the USCIS receipt for your cases to as a proof that you have submitted them to USCIS and they were received.
