Any one knows happy stories with a scenario like mine? 131, 765 and 485 all submitted together along with medicals in June 2023. Biometrics done and applied to all cases as of July 2023. PD is 2010. Dates retrogressed in July but are current again since October 2023. 765 is approved as of September 2023. did not get combo card. 131 continues to show Biometrics applied. 485 transferred to NBC on Dec 26th. Since then saying Biometrics applied and case transferred. Anyone knows with real life scenarios of when should I expect the approval?

Finally approved!!!! after 11 months!! so happy rn ☺️ just waiting for my NVC letter.

I recently got denied my I-485 but my I-130 is still pending. The reason for denial is they sent me a RFE for a joint sponsor and the joint sponsor did not submit her W2. How do i refile ?

I want to share my news with the community. My combo card is finally produced 12 days after approval. Here is my timeline: 12/22/2023: Forms received 01/04/2024: Biometrics scheduled 01/05/2024: Fingerprint taken 01/24/2024: I-131 closed 01/25/2024: Approval notice found under I-765 documents 02/07/2024: Card Was Produced Wish everybody good luck and my 485 could be approved soon.
