I need an answer.
if your marriage is more than two years on the day you step into the USA will you be getting the 10 years green card or the conditional green card?

if you live abroad, you officially become a legal permanent resident when you cross into the US. so if on that day you have been married for more than 2 years you should get the 10 year unconditional GC
