Is There A Residency Requirement for Citizenship?
I got my family-based Green Card in July 2023. The officer told me I could apply for citizenship in three years from then. Do I need to stay in the US to qualify for that?
Also, my GC is valid for two years only. Do I have to stay is the US to be eligible to receive the next one? (which would be valid for 10 years, I believe).
My partner and I might be interested in moving to Europe.

You can’t leave for more than 6 months or you will lose your green card

what was the point of getting a green card here if you’re moving to Europe? and yes you need to be here a minimum amount of time or else you will lose your GC

After 2 years period, you have to apply I-751 form, because you need permanent green card. After that is citizenship process.
