I-130 Approval
Hi all!
Just found this community and you are all great!
My husband and I sent in our I-130 on 03/09/23 and it has been on ‘actively reviewed’ ever since. September counted down to 1 week and then ‘taking longer than expected’ until last week, I checked the case progress and it said 3 months and then I checked it again by the end of the week and it had magically gone down to two.
I see a lot of March filers being approved and wondered if anyone else going through something similar. Next week it will be a year and I am starting to loose all hope…….

hi nina! the normal processing time is taking 11-14 month so dont loose the hope. The time in "my progress" in uscis web is so random i think is not working.

check ur husbands USCIS account u won’t find I-130 on ur account. mine is still showing up like that “one week” til decision just to find my approval notice in my husbands account 🤣 good luck. I too filed in March of 2023 & got approved 02/21/24
