filling for waiver i751
if anyone has filled for the waiver while joint i751 was pending what did you have to send to the USCIS? do you need to submit new evidence at this point? besides informing them that you are getting divorce. or do you usually bring everything you have with you to the interview?

the waiting time is really frustrating, I received my Advance parole approval but still waiting on Vawa and EAd which is out of processing time 24 months so far. I do not know what else to do. I did many inquiries at Vermont center, never received any response and my last Prima facie was issue on December 28 2023 for 180 days. what can do ?

How long did I-601a waiver actually took to be approved or how long have you been waiting since submitting the form?
I just found out that I-601a waiver is taking approximately 43 months! This is heartbreaking. So, I want to know how long it took or how long have you been waiting for this waiver to be approved. Thanks
