@boby one for how long ? between us I am just scared it like a mistake or glitch on the system! I hope GOd will make it happen and we get approval !🙏

It took them 7 days to mail my new card to me after VAWA approval. Don’t stress yourself out. They don’t update your status that often and your card could be on the way to you!

@idk 🙂 🥱 I can assure you all is well. Talking from experience, mine took 14days to change from new card produced to card was mailed to you. In all, it took me 16days to receive the card after my status changed to new card produced. I have also read other similar experiences here. Your status will definitely change in this coming week

I wouldn’t even worry once status changed to card is being produced. take 1 month, I wouldn’t care at that point. Most important is that I have been approved

@idk 🙂 🥱 Az I told you before, my vawa got approved on 02/21/2024 , still showing “card being “ , I got my approval notice which was sent to my attorney office, on that wrote; you did not apply for EAD c31 at beginning ,you are not eligible for that, if you need, send us a form of 765 . Here some members said ead c31 is automatically ccmes , but in approval notice said my petition got approved. also they said we will notify you if some others application got approved. DID YOU GET YOUR APPROVAL Notice?

@hope hope honestly I don’t understand how they work. In my opinion, I feel vawa approval comes with automatic EAD. In my case, I submitted i360, i485, i765. When my vawa was approved, they mailed me a card with the vawa number, approved my i765 with its number. so imagine them sending me 2 c31 ead, same issue date and expired date. the only difference is the EAC number, one has my vawa number the other has my i765

@hope hope no! I didn’t even ask the lawyer idk what she get! I am just waiting unti status change. I think for you don’t worry about EAd 31, there are two probably it will come in this coming months as members said, or you can always get your C09 EAd idk if you have it ? or no ? do you get your EAd c09 before m!

@F A : All of the notices what I got after I submitted my documents on Dec2020 were 485 , 360, 131 and 765 C9 , did not get any notice for 765 c31 . However I have valid ead card c9 for 5 years . I don’t mind if I haven’t have an EAD c31 . the only thing which important for me, having my approval notice on my hand , on that mentioned my petition with class IB2 has been approved.

@idk 🙂 🥱 : yes I do have an EAD card c9 and valid for 5 years . I got it last November, I got my approval notice, that is my proof of approved ( spouse of US Citizen petition) class IB2 . now I am waiting for movement on 485, my previous medical exam form has been expire ( more than 2 years passed), Hope Vermont centre transfer my 485 to other field office . rest of thing pass fast. No I don’t have any telegram or what’s up group.

@hope hope I don’t honk your 485 still on your local or NBC center, Vermont doesn’t do I360. I saw people getting things done after approval on 4 months yours is coming too. I have a question again haha, I am doing my vaccines here for my clinicals rotations, can I use that record on my RFE ? in the future. also they send me 693 when I was on the process of divorce can I still use it and send them RFE ? you know between us I wish I can get at least the approval notice because the lawyer didn’t said anything ? I cannot wait to see that notice 🥹

@idk 🙂 🥱 ; you ‘ll get your notice soon , did you use your attorney office address as a safe address or your home address? For my marriage base 693 , uesd all of my tests and vaccines, what I had done in Canada for my nursing school, the only thing I did in US was A flu shot. For upcoming RFE, 693 form for 485 (vawabase) I had done these tests in US on middle of 2022 , for clearance of my job in hospital, I wil show these results to civil surgeon, if they accept those , I am not going to do these tests again. just wait until you get your RFE , these tests are taking only one week to be done . Don’t stress yourself because of this , we spent lots of money for lawyer , forms,………. Paying another 300$ not big deal now in order to get green card. Please BE Relex and enjoy every moment of your life.😊😊

@Taylor Ja I got approval notice for I360 5 days after “new card produced “ it still show “ new card produced” 16 days until today! I didn’t do any interview for I485, my status show interview request to reschedule has been accepted you ?!
