Does each service center have their own time frame that they work from in approval of cases?
My case was transferred from National Benefit center to the Jacksonville Application Support Center (ASC) on the January 2024; the agent said. I asked what month are they currently processing, she said they are working on applications from july of 2022 so if you are before this date you should be getting a call soon. I'm wondering if this date is only specific the where your application is and thats the reason some people are getting final decision before others. What are your thoughts in the comment section below.
Submitted without a lawyer, Approved without an interview in 9 months-Army wife 🙏🏾
Hopefully now the NVC stage for my children can begin and won’t take a longtime considering it’s being done externally. This has been such a nerve racking and tedious experience- constantly wondering if an error was made, if an RFE will be sent out which would cause a delay in the overall case, if your file is lost or misplaced somewhere over there due to how long it’s being “reviewed”, but I’m grateful we’re finally halfway there to the reuniting of my family. I haven’t seen my children in 3 years and they’ve grown so much 😢 I’ve got so much catching up to do 🙏🏾 now we can all somewhat breathe a sigh of relief

The process itself was easy, I completed everything myself and uploaded all the documents too! it was a long wait, yes, over two years, but thank God he is a resident now and we are living together under one roof and in the same country.
