so travel experience with Emergency parole!
I went to my home Country to lay my dad to rest. I went with my toddler and ended up staying for 11 days! Came home Tuesday, they sent me in a room, processed me, asked me how long I stayed, I told them, then I got my exist pass! that’s it! No further questions! My experience was really great and I was so happy to finally be home with families and friends!!!

there is a lot of unnecessary fear around travel document. I travelled every 3-4 months with it.

yes I have. But the visa is not even necessary in this situation. I even had a child here. Once you have that advanced parole they cannot and will not jeopardize your return unless your application gets denied while away! And that is why you have a lawyer! they will fight for your return.
