@Akin10 10 well the main reason for suing them is not to give you a positive answer of your application. it’s purpose is to tell them you are tired and have been waiting too long they need to work on your case as promised. now if your application is good and nothing is wrong then yes within 60 days you will get and answer more than likely a positive outcome, now if they are complications and problems with your application you will definitely get an answer too but a negative one. I will advise before suing ensure that you have a good and almost a perfect application! you don’t want to wake up the beast😊😌

i have been waiting for over 1300 days and i still wouldn’t spend that much money on a mandamus its just not worth it they control the power to your application and they are not obligated to approve you

@Pretty Patient okay thank you for the advice. I have 2 cases.1st one is Wava from 2021. It’s been 978 days that I applied to get my work permit (I-765). What do you think about this?

@Pretty Patient I did talk to the senator. they called the uscis and uscis said normal processing time is 37 months mine is 33 rn so they have time for decision still but I’m thinking even 33 months way too long to get the work permit. that’s why I’m asking for help or advice to figure out what I should do. also I see people get their work permit in 30-40 days from marriage cases. Mine has been 312 days and nothing yet. Do you think 2 different cases affect each other?
