Most EB categories advance but only us advance 1 month after 3 months. I really can’t understand why they only advance 1 month after the second quarter of this fiscal year. The waiting seems to worth it if USCIS advance 1 year after a long time slowly advance. So half fiscal year they advance only 2 months and they also warn that the upcoming months still not change. The only positive point is they use final action date for filling. Usually if they use the final action date for filling, it seems that more visas become available or they need to quickly approve the prior cases. Guys, again, I do not understand this backlogs. Our only hope is this October 2024 when a new quota is granted for the new fiscal year. Guys, I hope we soon see something worth the wait. I know it’s painful. Why so many people get GC so fast but only us?

I told here that the immigration doesn't care about our category 🤣, as long as there's no way for us to protest against this, nothing will move forward. And your lawyers won't do absolutely anything because they'll be making money either way. And look at the numbers of EB3 issued by country: Vietnam 2,280 South Korea 1,010 Mexico 1,682 And you still believe in the 7% cap per country?

@Matt B unfortunately seems like USCIS makes up what they do as they go EB3 other workers is being deliberately sabotaged... its systematic! Nothing explains giving visas beyond per country cap when there are people readily available to receive their green card. Absolutely nothing warrants the shitshow going. All these agencies just care about taking your money and screwing you over, forcing you to work for your employer for 100years As long as they are paid.. they don't care if you have to wait for 10,000 years

@S J Not sure if the backlogs are manipulated by political impacts. I mean all the EB category under Trump went faster than this, I notice AOS processing faster but Consular Processing was slower under Trump. I mean waiting like until October or November is still a thing. Feel like I restart the processing again. All of people working at my sponsor already leave and ready to leave.
