Still waiting for my approvals!! 🙏🏻🤞🏻. I talked to USCIS and they are saying me that I’ll have a decision about my I-485 on May after I sent my RFE response about income taxes on March 15th.
I’m not gonna lose my faith 🙏🏻🙏🏻. Does someone knows how long takes USCIS to answer a RFE response about income taxes?

A year is way too long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
