How long does it take after Biometrics to get my work permit???
I had my biometrics a week ago and my case hasn’t changed… :(I’m in Massachusetts and I really need my work permit, so I can start helping out my husband.
I talked to a live agent, and It seems like my case still ant NBC. Does it have to be sent to a field office??? #massachusetts

Hi everyone, I filed my petition in 2021 and received a Prima Facie Determination which expires in 2023, I haven't received another one. in December 2023 I received again, receipt which stated that uscis had received my application with the first initial dates I sent them. I applied for work authorization in 2022 and was denied for lack of enough evidence. have this happened to anyone else, should I be worried
