what’s going on for my i485 approved?
my pd is June-14-2019 . uscis asking for medical/RFE 7 months ago but I don’t get any updates . but they send me paper and says -We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application.
my pd was passing. if anyone have idea please share with me.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

@mamun hossen same here I’m 24, I guess they gon take forever to take a decision for us since we older than 21 :/
