finally got a call back from a tier 2 officer and they told me they submitted a request for an adjudicating officer to make a decision on my case in 2-4 weeks. praying for good news 🙏

Finally Got approval
I filed for my husband at the beginning of September 2023 and received an RFE for the I130 in November. I submitted our response early January and received approval a little over two weeks later. His I485 was approved the next day. We are so elated! I am extremely happy because the entire process was stressful. My husband was adamant that we needed an attorney, but I was determined to get it done on our own. From reading the instructions on each application. To filling them out, and making sure the correct applications were completed. To gathering info from my husband, and compiling our evidence/ creating a photo album timeline. I’m just so grateful, and shocked slightly that we didn’t have to go through an interview.
Does anyone know what happen to his EAD application as it never got approved and still being reviewed? I know he doesn’t need it now. Just wanted to know out of curiosity.
Anyone has a USC spousal I-130 stand alone still pending since 2022? please share your PD and status!
I’m curious to see how many people are left from 2022 without any movement on their I-130 petition for spouses of US Citizens. (spouse of LPRs no need to share please). I filed mine on 6/5/2022 with Nebraska and still no movement (not even an RFE).
can I file for citizenship?
I’ve been married to a US citizen for almost 5 years. I’ve been approved for a 2 years green card in June 2021. last year I filed for i751 and in March I’m eligible to apply for citizenship. I would like to know if anybody has applied for citizenship in NY while waiting for the 10 years green card . does the immigration conduct an interview with the petitioner and his /her spouse? or just the petitioner???
