That was probably for your i-131 approval you received. Looks like the processing time for F2A at Vermont is 34.5 months. Someone started a WhatsApp channel or something and shared the link on here for F2A. Try joining there and get a better picture of how fast (or slow) USCIS has been with that category lately.
