@cc jj You have to first establish that you are entitled to immigrant visa either by marriage to a US citizen or green card holder or you are a child of a US citizen or green card holder….. There’s other ways you can be qualified. Either get a lawyer or read on their website what qualifies you. If you send your vawa in you’ll still need to prove that you’re qualified for adjustment. I suggest you consult a lawyer this is just my opinion.

hmm my friend they denied because bad wife. he ask her only change the adress in license she say know. because where we leaving she have different address, the officier say to her go change your send your license to me she say know

The Something happened to me. I got denied because my partner refused to change his address on his drivers license and there was so much abuse that went on .now I just applied for My VAWA last December .still waiting for them to answer me. all you need to do right nice to get a lawyer
