how u filed I-765 and 485 we filed only I130 can u apply for this too ?

The decision date is not realistic. Mine has expired over a week and no decision given. Only stated "it appears your case is taking longer time ........". That doesn't mean you cannot decision as stated.

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 that means it’s outside normal processing time. You can put in an inquiry using the customer service number. However, it depends on the location of the beneficiary.

@John Richards actually Is almost 19 months done and 20th months starting after this 26 march for my AOS application so pls give me Suggestion should I file Mandamus now or should I wait until July because July I have my 2nd years anniversary coming if I approved July or after July I can get 10 years GC what is best opinion???

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 they might wait until after your second anniversary to issue you a ten year green card. I got ten years cause I waited 27 months. It was long but the result was worth it. You will get approved after your second anniversary. I nearly sued but something held me back and it will worth it. By the way, have you gone for interview?

@John Richards I got 2 rfe for both form 1 rfe for my I-485 in February 2023 and one for my I-130 rfe on November 2023 and they updated Received on February 2024 and since my case showing me actually review for my I-130 and I-485 going actually reviewed from November 2023 and I send them a lot documents like proof of bona fide marriage, no interview nothing coming yet I m just waiting I m thinking I can just wait until and of June and if nothing coming out then I can file mandamus so I can get 10 years card and no more deal with uscis ?

You will have to wait a little bit. You will get approved around August or September this year. They most likely will waived you interview and move to approval. But if you sue them, they will set you up for an interview and use that to buy additional time. Give it some time. Also make use of your USCIS account. Upload your taxes, trip receipts and tickets, as well as rental agreement. Upload life insurance, car insurance you bank statements. All this will push your case faster and avoid them sending you RFE.

@ bro I give them all when they send me rfe for I-130 last December I send therm by mail response for my rfe , but I have more documents now like I open one more joint credit card with American Express bank both of our name and I have more my pay check slip and I have 2023 w2 Tex documents filled jointly and I have my joint account bank statement more since I send my rfe afte that I just waiting if they want my interview I can bring those documents with me our sow them . our I can upload them my online accounts but I m Confused now our I just waiting, when my 2 year pass then I can update them, I ask my lawyer and he said don’t upload anything if they never ask I don’t know what to do now because my 2 year coming very soon and I m just waiting for that time after that I can’t wait I will update more evidence and I will sue them too???

@estrella lopez si.estas dentro de usa debes ajustar status que es la forma I 485 ..la i-765 es el permiso de trabajo la I-130 solo es la peticion .. si estas fuera solo necesitas esa ..si estas dentro debes ajustar status y hay llenas las otras forma y lo envías junto x correo
