My case I485 which is current for Final action was moved to NBC ‘Transferred to new office, 22 days back and 20 days back again moved with status ‘Transferred to new office, new office has Jurisdiction’
No appointment for biometrics too.
Not sure whats happening. For my I765 biometrics was not taken and reused..
Does this mean for I485 also it will be reused?
How long after Interview and medical do you get the visa in Jamaica?
Hey guys. So my Mom did her interview in Jamaica. However, the interview was done before her medical. She submitted her passport after her medical was done, this was about 2 weeks ago. How long does it take to hear back from the embassy with her visa?
premium processing and RFE
Recently spoke to an immigration lawyer (not my own) who informed me that a) when you apply for premium processing, there is a higher chance of getting an RFE and b) if you receive a “kitchen sink” RFE (which I did), it’s just the USCIS officer buying themselves some time before they have to deal with the case.
has anyone else heard this?
also, is there any merit in the Lawfully analysis? it says 97% success rate for EB1C with only 20% receiving an RFE.

Do they just fix the error
or do they fix the error and take a look a the case too?
