Half fiscal year 2024
Hey guys,
How far do you guys think the Visa Bulletin moving for the last 6 months this Fiscal year 2024? I feel like lose myself devoting my time and energy to this category. Would they move a little by little like this or there would be a big advance in the near future?
I think they should reach March 2021 this October 2024 if my Priority Date Sept 2021 could be current by June next year 2025. I can wait but thinking that spending 5 years for this feels like taking half of my lifetime.
When can we really live our lives? I know patience is key but I hope some big changes will happen. It was very weird for them to advance just one month for the 3 months of January February March, a really bad sign. Really, why did they advance like that? In the past, they changed Priority Date by year for each month and now they spend several years working on applications for one year. Why do they still stuck in the year 2020 for so long? Would PD 2021 be better or worse?
I mean they should move a bit faster than the current pace or show some positive signs after the retrogression in June 2022. June 2024 is exactly 2 years since the retrogression occurred.

One question when they approve your advance parole comes along with your work permit. I submitted the i360, the i 485, the i131 and the i765. What I don't know is if my lawyer did it as a combo card and my advance parole was approved yesterday but still my travel permit is not updated thank you

Guys, I have a question, I filed my case 15 months ago and I still haven't received work or social authorization. I filed my case with a paralegal, I don't know if there's a difference, he tells me that it's taking a long time and that I have to wait, but I'm always selling people who have been taking social media for 6 months. Anyone in the same situation as me?#vawa

Approved I-140 and recent PERM
Hello, I'm seeking clarity on my situation. I have an approved I-140 from a self-petitioned EB2-NIW with a priority date of May 2023. Recently, my employer filed a PERM for me in February 2024. Given this situation, can I proceed to submit my I-485 adjustment of status when my EB2-NIW becomes current for my approved I-140? Or do I need to wait for the PERM process to be approved again? I'm concerned if this PERM filing might prevent me from filing when EB2 becomes current for the Rest of the World (ROW). Just wondering if I should ask them to withdraw the PERM.

HELLO EVERYONE HERE
I have a question
I already sent my Vawa case(my spouse is LPR)with my lawyer and it was accepted April 2022.
Now I want to send the adjustment of status + EAD and Advance Parole but she is charging a lot of money I can’t afford that right now.
Can I send the AOS by myself? My Vawa case is still pending.
Opinions needed
My husband EAD card was approved on January 23,2024. It was then delivered to our Attorney office on February 5,2023 per USCIS and USPS. They have not reached out to even notify us that they have received it. I thought that maybe they were waiting for the SSN card to be delivered before mailing the EAD card since our Attorney is in another State. Are we just being impatient? Is this normal?
