I am sorry! Mine was approved by Nov 02, 2023, and I have to apply again, I hope is NOT your case, but they never solved anything for me.

I got my advance Parole Approved In November 2023 and it didn’t have. tracking number I was not at home and they left a paper to go by the post office but my little cousin was home and lost or trashed the paper however they sent it back I had to call immigration and do an inquiry and I had to wait for about 3months and a half before they resend it out so if I were you I would call and. check with the post office

and see if it’s there or check to see if you got a pink slip to go to the post office

@danica,I guess we are same,I was approved Dec/15th,No approval notice,No EAD,no advance parole,no interview for i-485 till now,,nothing ....

@juan Martinez that crazy did you send in a request that you did not receive documents I send in a request they send email to me april 18 to get bk to me

@danica,I did send request,they created SR #,and it shows on my receipt SR completed since Feb 16,tikk now,no mail nothing

I am in exactly the same position. Feb 6 case was approved. No movement after that, my attorney did receive the approval notice but that is all. Attorney did send query to USCIS with reply that they will come back to their offices Apr 9. To me this is absurd. My husbands was approved and card sent to attorney 8 days later.

@Roshema Grace I just came back from the post office. There was nothing that I’ve missed. They told me so. I guess I’ll keep bugging them in the next couple weeks every other day.

@Ilse Uys i’m so sorry to hear that. I knew that I’m not the only one with the proof case and nothing shipped. Let me know please if you get any update, I don’t have any messages from my lawyer or any updates on the application and it’s been already 23 days after the alleged approval.

@D M sounds like you had also major issue. I really hope that’s not the case with me, but by the looks of it, I’m not gonna be surprised if I have to refile and wait another big chunk of time.

@MB Mb yeah they just told me the post office never marked as “ delivered or lost “ so I just apply again, but maybe you will be better.

@D M do you know if it’s gonna be faster second time or you have to wait the whole processing time once again? If you submit to Uscis that this is already issued and lost document, isn’t it supposed to be faster?

@MB Mb They cannot mark it as “lost” because the office did not return the document but did not mark it lost either. My lawyer sent the application again without paying and now the application says “biometrics ready” but let me attach their response: Dear D M Thank you for your inquiry dated January 11, 2024. Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. Our system shows that your I-131 application was approved on November 01,2023. USCIS mailed your Travel Document on November 02,2023, to the address we have on file. However, the U.S. Postal Service has mot returned your travel document to us as undeliverable. Based on this information you will need to refile a new Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.

@D M This might be one of the craziest things I have ever seen it’s such a shame we got approved and now we have to do this whole thing all over again I’m so sorry about it

@Ilse Uys still nothing on my end , what about your case ? I read their website that after the case is approved, you need to give the agency Uscis up to 90 days before the issue the travel document. And there was suggestion not to issue an inquiry in this 90 day frame that they suggested. And also the work workout authorizations are easier to be issued, but the travel authorization are taking longer than usual right now, especially for the old cases. I consider myself an old case because I applied in March last year. And I have one of my coworker applying six months ago and she already got her travel authorization. She went back to her home country and she came back with zero issues. So I hope in the next 55 days I will get mine just because I am already on the 35th since case was approved. @MB Mb I had case reopened 3 days ago, yesterday case approved and now card produced. I am so thankful. Now nervously waiting for card to be mailed but at least I have movement on my case!

@Ilse Uys this is excellent news. Congratulations you should have a shortly thank you for the update. How did you reopen the case? Did you call them? Did your attorney call them or you submitted something online? I am on my 34th day after message that the case was approved, and still nothing on my end.
